私は今回の総選挙を辞退させていただくことにしました。
I didn't apply for the sousenkyo this year.
今年は
でんでんむchu！の結成や
色々なチャンスをいただきました。
沢山のおめでとうだったり
ユニット結成のメンバーに選んで頂いて
自分のことのように喜んでくださった
皆さんの優しさが本当伝わってきて
ファンの方一人一人を大切にしたいからこそ半端な気持ちで
総選挙に望みたくないなって思いました。
This year, I had a lot of chance given, and DendenmuChu! was also formed, I received a lot of congratulations messages. Being selected as one of the sub-unit's members, those who are as happy as I was, your kindness reached me. I want to treasure each and every one of the fans, therefore I don't want to hope in the sousenkyo with half-assed feeling.
これからAKBとして
活動していくためにも
自分が譲れないものはなにかを考えて
自分がこうなりたいって自分の意思を確立したいので今回の総選挙は辞退と言うかたちにさせていただきました。
From now on, for the sake of doing activities as AKB48 member, thinking of what I won't compromise, I want to establish what my intention really is, what I want to be, therefore I'm not participating in the sousenkyo.
